O.R.C.A. is an organization that provides emergency and permanent housing along with social services to individuals, couples, and families that are experiencing crisis or homelessness, at risk of experiencing homelessness, are living in spaces not meant for human habitation, are being or will be released from a locked facility such as a jail, prison, psychiatric hospital or mental health institute, and/or have such suffering and handicap that prevents them for being self-sufficient and functioning in our community. The main focus of these services are to transition 100% of all program participants into independent, self-sufficient lifestyles. Additionally, the organization will have as a special mission to encourage and support program participants in strengthening family integration along with having a special emphasis on caring for youth, older adult, Native and LGBTQI+ populations.
