Grievance Process

A grievance is an oral or written expression of your dissatisfaction about any matter dealing with your participation with ORCA. You have the opportunity to make a grievance about any aspect of your participation in an ORCA program. You may make a grievance in writing. Grievances will be processed within 30 days, with the option of a 14-day extension if extending the deadline will be in your best interest. Grievances are reviewed by members of the Board of Directors and are 100% confidential. You may make a grievance online by filling out the form below. You can also submit your grievance in writing.
